2. What may be verified

Saudi Tradex may request:

• business name and contact details;
• commercial registration or equivalent;
• factory/company address;
• authorized representative information;
• ownership or membership evidence;
• product/category information;
• supporting documents.

3. Verification result

Verification may result in:

• approved/verified status;
• pending review;
• changes requested;
• rejection;
• revocation.

4. No guarantee

Verification is not an absolute guarantee of:

• product quality;
• delivery performance;
• financial strength;
• legal compliance in every jurisdiction;
• absence of disputes.

Users must conduct their own due diligence.

5. Revocation

Verification may be revoked if information is false, outdated, misleading, unsupported, or if the supplier violates policy or law.

6. Data protection

Verification documents may contain personal/business data and are handled under the Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy.

7. Admin review

Authorized admins may review verification data for platform trust, compliance, fraud prevention, and moderation purposes.
