DMCA / IP Complaint Process — Saudi Tradex

Saudi Tradex operates in Saudi Arabia, but may also work with global infrastructure providers and international rights holders. This process is for IP complaints, including copyright, trademark, design, counterfeit, and similar claims. References to DMCA are procedural and do not limit Saudi law or other applicable rights.
1. Submit a complaint
Send to: [email protected]
Include:
- rights holder name and contact;
- authority to act;
- description of the protected work/mark/right;
- platform URL/public ID of the allegedly infringing content;
- explanation of infringement;
- supporting documents;
- declaration of good-faith belief;
- statement that the information is accurate.
2. Review
Saudi Tradex may:
- request more information;
- temporarily hide or restrict content;
- notify the user who posted content;
- allow a response/counter-notice where appropriate;
- suspend repeat infringers.
3. Counter notice
Users may respond with:
- identity and contact;
- explanation of lawful use/ownership;
- documents/license/authorization;
- consent to cooperate in dispute review.
4. No legal judgment
Saudi Tradex may take operational action but does not decide final ownership or legal liability. Parties may seek legal remedies through competent authorities.
5. Repeat infringement
Repeated valid IP complaints may lead to account restrictions or termination.
