Intellectual Property Policy — Saudi Tradex

Effective date: May 18, 2026

1. Platform IP

Saudi Tradex owns or licenses its brand, logo, designs, software, code, text, UI, documentation, and platform materials.

Users may not copy, reverse engineer, misuse, or reproduce platform assets except as allowed by law or written permission.

2. User content

Users retain rights in their content but grant Saudi Tradex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, transmit, moderate, and use the content to operate and improve the platform.

3. Supplier content

Suppliers must own or have permission to use product photos, factory logos, descriptions, technical documents, and trademarks they upload.

4. IP complaints

Rights holders may report alleged infringement by providing:

• identity and contact information;
• description of rights;
• URL or public ID of disputed content;
• evidence of ownership/authorization;
• explanation of alleged infringement;
• declaration that the complaint is accurate.

5. Response

Saudi Tradex may remove or restrict content, request clarification, notify the user, allow counter-notice where appropriate, and suspend repeat infringers.

6. No legal determination

The platform may take operational action but does not act as a court or final legal adjudicator of IP ownership.
