Content Moderation Policy — Saudi Tradex

1. Covered content

This policy applies to:

• product listings;
• factory profiles;
• RFQs;
• messages;
• attachments;
• reviews;
• reports;
• profile data;
• verification documents.

2. Prohibited content

Users may not upload:

• illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content;
• counterfeit product information;
• malware or harmful files;
• personal data without authority;
• confidential third-party information without permission;
• infringing IP material;
• harassment, hate, threats, or abusive content;
• prohibited products or regulated goods without authority;
• unsafe or false product claims.

3. Moderation actions

Saudi Tradex may:

• remove or hide content;
• request edits;
• restrict features;
• suspend listings;
• freeze workflows;
• revoke verification;
• suspend/terminate accounts;
• report serious violations.

4. RFQ attachments

Public RFQs should not include confidential manufacturing files. Sensitive materials should be shared only in private conversations and subject to appropriate confidentiality arrangements.

5. Appeals

Users may contact support to request review of a moderation action. The platform may request evidence and may maintain or reverse decisions.
