Acceptable Use Policy — Saudi Tradex

Effective date: May 18, 2026

Users must use Saudi Tradex lawfully, fairly, and safely.

Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• violate Saudi law or applicable regulations;
• commit fraud, deception, impersonation, or misrepresentation;
• upload malware, ransomware, exploit code, or harmful files;
• attempt unauthorized access, scanning, scraping, credential stuffing, brute force, or abuse testing;
• bypass rate limits, Turnstile, authentication, authorization, or upload limits;
• spam users or create fake accounts/RFQs;
• harvest emails, phones, business identities, or supplier data;
• upload illegal, counterfeit, infringing, unsafe, regulated, or prohibited products;
• upload confidential third-party data without permission;
• harass, threaten, discriminate, or abuse other users;
• manipulate reviews, reports, quotes, orders, or invoices;
• attempt to bypass platform audit, safety, or commercial controls.

Prohibited products/content

The Operator may restrict or remove goods involving:

• counterfeit items;
• illegal products;
• regulated weapons or hazardous materials;
• restricted chemicals;
• stolen goods;
• products violating IP rights;
• unsafe or misleading goods;
• products requiring licensing without proof.

Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• warning;
• content removal;
• RFQ/listing suspension;
• verification revocation;
• account suspension or termination;
• reporting to authorities where required.
